As Richard Corps, Ads Reality’s marketing director, put it, “We’re thrilled to offer this interactive experience at Heathrow. It’s a great example of how a major company like Heathrow is leveraging cutting-edge tech to enhance customer satisfaction.â€
But it doesn’t stop there. Heathrow can also use this technology to collect valuable data. By tracking where these badges are scanned, they can gather insights into passenger density across different areas of the airport.
