Refunds can be requested directly through the Purchase History section of the Oculus Store. The process is straightforward, making it easier for users to manage their purchases. It's also worth noting that any content downloaded or purchased via an app is subject to these rules as well.
Beyond the refund policy, Oculus has introduced several other features and improvements this summer, such as the Public Testing Channel and Oculus Parties.
