Mineral Wool Bulk Weight Tester
This is a specialized device used to measure the bulk density of mineral wool products, ensuring accurate and consistent results in quality control processes.
Model: SYL-T
The SYL-T Mineral Wool Volumetric Analyzer is designed to meet the testing standards outlined in "Test Methods and Tests for Marine Mineral Cotton Products." It provides reliable measurements for various types of mineral wool, including raw cotton, plates, felts, strips, and shells.
Key Components of the Equipment:
- Pressure Plate: Applies a pressure of 1960 Pa during the test.
- Thickness Measurement Rod: Has a graduation value of 1 mm for precise readings.
- Measuring Cylinder: Used to hold the sample during the test process.
- Platen: A flat surface that applies even pressure on the sample.
- Casting: The base structure that holds all components together.
Sample Preparation Guidelines:
- Raw Cotton Sample: Three samples should be tested. Each sample must be left in the test environment for 24 hours before pressing. If the sample is a single unit, take 10 pieces; if it's not integral, select samples within 100mm from the edge. For products with an outer cover or veneer, include the cover material as needed.
- Raw Cotton Testing: Weigh three samples, each weighing 500g (accurate to 5g) and place them evenly inside the measuring cylinder.
- Plate, Felt, Strip, and Shell Samples: If the product size is small, use three samples measured according to 3.2.4 dimensions. For larger products, use one sample of 450mm × 450mm. Tubes and shells should be cut into 450mm long cylinders or fan-shaped samples.
Testing Procedure:
- Raw Cotton Test: Evenly layer the sample inside the measuring cylinder, making sure it is flush with the top. When the pressure plate is 270mm from the bottom of the cylinder, let it fall freely. After 5 minutes, measure the thickness of the sample, accurate to 1mm.
- Plate, Felt, Strip, and Shell Test: Weigh the mass of the block samples accurately to 2g. For veneered products, weigh both the total sample and the core separately after removing the veneer.
Result Calculation: The bulk density is calculated based on the weight and measured thickness of the samples. This data helps determine the quality and performance of the mineral wool products in various applications.
TUV is a kind of cable specially used for solar photovoltaic power generation system. It is certified by TUV and meets international safety standards and quality requirements.
TUV Solar Cable have the following characteristics:
1. High weather resistance: TUV solar cable adopts special materials and processes, has good weather resistance, and can operate stably in a variety of harsh environmental conditions for a long time.
2. High heat resistance: The TUV solar cable can withstand the work in high temperature environment, and will not cause problems such as cable aging and breakage due to temperature rise.
3. High voltage resistance to penetration: The insulation material of TUV solar cable has a high voltage resistance to penetration, which can effectively prevent voltage leakage and arc failure.
4. High chemical resistance: TUV solar cable has good chemical resistance, can resist acid, alkali, grease, solvent and other chemical substances erosion.
5. Safe and reliable: TUV solar cable have passed TUV certification, meet international safety standards and quality requirements, and are safe and reliable during use.
TUV solar cable are widely used in solar photovoltaic power generation systems to connect circuits between solar panels and inverters. It can effectively transmit the direct current energy generated by solar panels to ensure the normal operation of the entire photovoltaic power generation system.
