Microsoft, Intel, and Pepsi are all customers. This AI+AR system allows you to enjoy smarter services

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and customer experience, VNTANA and Satisfi Labs have joined forces to introduce an AI-powered holographic concierge. This innovative system merges VNTANA’s advanced holographic display with Satisfi Labs’ AI capabilities, creating a seamless, hands-free interaction that enhances user engagement without the need for headsets or mobile devices.

When a visitor approaches the display, the holographic concierge greets them with personalized information, answers questions in real-time, and even offers tailored product recommendations. The integration with e-commerce platforms allows the AI to suggest items based on previous interactions, making the shopping experience more intuitive and engaging.

Additionally, the system uses facial recognition to analyze customer behavior and conversations, helping it better understand preferences and improve future interactions. It also includes sentiment analysis, which alerts human staff when the AI detects a frustrated or angry customer, ensuring timely assistance and maintaining a positive experience.

This week, during New York’s Advertising Week, the technology was showcased, targeting industries such as retail, sports entertainment, and hospitality. The potential applications are vast—ranging from digital receptionists at hotels and stadiums to interactive guides at events or kiosks. Imagine a virtual hotel concierge that can check you in, book a table, or direct you to your seat—all through a lifelike hologram.

VNTANA has already partnered with major brands like Microsoft, Intel, Nike, Pepsi, and Universal Studios. One of their notable projects, Hollagram, combined Microsoft’s Kinect with VNTANA’s holographic tech to create an immersive AR experience for conference attendees and sports fans.

“Our holographic technology has helped many brands elevate their customer engagement,” said Ashley Crowder, CEO and co-founder of VNTANA. “This new feature allows us to integrate AI and AR for the first time, enabling deeper consumer interaction and delivering more personalized experiences through our trusted platform.”

Satisfi Labs has also made its mark by developing AI solutions for organizations like Major League Baseball, SoftBank Robotics, and Mall of America. They’ve used IBM Watson to power customer service apps for Macy’s, proving their ability to deliver intelligent, scalable AI solutions.

Don White, CEO and co-founder of Satisfi Labs, added: “We’re thrilled to collaborate with VNTANA and push the boundaries of AI and holography. This partnership opens up exciting possibilities for consumers, who will soon be amazed by the ease and intelligence of interacting with holograms.”

Semiconductor Chip Carrier

Semiconductor Chip Carrier can be divided into thermo-electric modules, and the power electronic substrates.

Thermo-electric modules are plate-like semiconductor cooling devices that work by using the movement of heat when a current flows through the junction of two different metals. Compact, lightweight, and Freon-free, they are used in climate control seats of automobiles, cooling chillers, optical communications, biotechnology, air conditionners, dryers and a variety of consumer electronic products.

Application of Thermo-electric module Manufacturing Technology for Heat Dissipation and Insulation Substrate

Generally, organic and metal substrates are used in the circuit boards of low-power home appliances and computers.
However, alumina, aluminum nitride and silicon nitride substrates are used in heat radiation insulated substrates of power modules that handle high power.

In particular, silicon nitride substrates are attracting attention for use in power modules of inverters and converters because of the increase in sales of HEVs and EVs.
