Network communication technology has changed people's lives, and is also changing every aspect of industrial automation. Require the main products of the third-generation low-voltage electrical appliances The fourth-generation low-voltage electrical appliances are all networked, intelligent, and communicable, and can be connected to a variety of fieldbuses or directly to industrial Ethernet. "In view of this, in recent years, based on fieldbus, Ethernet and (Internet) technology programmable logic controller (Programmable Logic Controller, PLC), touch screen (Human Machine Interface, HMI), frequency converter, intelligent switch and other types of intelligent low-voltage electrical appliances have been greatly developed, in the smart grid, intelligent building, industrial Remote monitoring and other aspects have been widely used. The general trend of the development of low-voltage electrical appliances networked and intelligent has also put forward new and higher requirements for intelligent, networked and real-time information interaction and monitoring systems.

The low-voltage electrical appliance information interaction and monitoring system can carry out remote data transmission and control through the ubiquitous Internet, which is very convenient. However, due to the poor real-time nature of the network, the transmission of control information and data requires the establishment of a virtual local area channel (Virtual Local Area Network, VLAN); in addition to the wide range of Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP / IP) The fragility of use and IP security increases the insecure factors of Internet transmission. The communication data between the intelligent low-voltage electrical appliances and the remote host are very important production information and control data, and their safety and real-time requirements are extremely high. Therefore, the general network transmission cannot meet the industrial requirements.

This article takes an Internet-based touch screen database remote monitoring system as an example to introduce a solution that uses a remote secure communication module SY-RSCM to conveniently and reliably build an Internet-based remote data interaction system for smart appliances.

1 Recipe production line database remote monitoring system

In industries such as beverages, food, and PVC sheets, it is necessary to automatically configure raw materials and organize production according to different formulas of products. Such automatic formula production lines are generally composed of low-voltage appliances such as HMI, PLC, and relays. Formula information is the core competitiveness of an enterprise, and needs centralized management and unified configuration. For example, Coca-Cola formula has always been a world-class secret. The formula information in the production process is also confidential to the producer. Most of these enterprises are large enterprises that cross regions and cross borders. Therefore, under the premise of security and confidentiality, it is urgent to download, store, call, modify and produce formulas in real time at the company headquarters to production plants around the world monitor. To this end, the subject developed a remote monitoring system for the recipe database based on the Internet and MT8000 HMI.

2 System architecture for accessing HMI via Internet

The network topology of the recipe database remote monitoring system adopts the S-link network protocol developed by the research group. After the industrial data is securely encrypted, the protocol is forwarded through the Internet to realize the function of secure data exchange between the PC and the remote HMI database. It can realize remote monitoring and online diagnosis of the electrical control system, as shown in Figure 1.

The remote safety communication module SYRSCM configured at the production site has functions such as switching, routing, firewall, security gateway, and VLAN, and can realize 100 Mb / s industrial data network transmission. The system establishes a virtual LAN VLAN channel between the computer and the remote touch screen MT8000 and PLC through the Internet to ensure the security of data exchange.
