1. The LED heat dissipation is not good, causing the solid crystal glue to age, the layer is off, and the chip is off.

Precautions: Prevent LED suspension and tilting during soldering. Do a good job of LED heat dissipation to ensure smooth cooling channels of LEDs.

2. Overcurrent and overvoltage impact cause drive, chip burns, and the lamp is open or shorted.

Precautions: EOS protection is provided to prevent current and voltage from being greater than the current and voltage surge of the luminaire or driving the LED for a long time.

6. The LED is damp and not dehumidified. During the reflow process, the glue is cracked and the gold wire is broken.

Precautions: Care should be taken during the maintenance process. Dehumidification according to the conditions can be carried out by means of a moisture-proof box or an oven for drying and dehumidification. Reflow soldering should be performed in accordance with the recommended reflow parameters.

7. The setting of the reflow soldering temperature curve is unreasonable, causing the colloid to expand rapidly during the reflow process, causing the gold wire to break.

Precautions: Reflow soldering according to recommended reflow parameters.

8. Zener is broken down. When assembling, the LED is shorted or the PCB board is shorted, and the LED is broken.

Precautionary measures: Do a good job of ESD anti-static protection to avoid short circuit between positive and negative electrodes. PCB should be carefully checked.
