Survey of new installed capacity of fan industry

According to Liang Zhipeng, deputy director of the New Energy and Renewable Energy Division of the National Energy Administration, the new installed capacity of wind turbines is guaranteed to exceed 15 million kilowatts per year in the future, while the installed capacity of newly installed turbines is guaranteed to be about 20 million kilowatts. This statement suggests that the growth rate of China’s wind turbines may drop significantly in the future.

In fact, the fact that the performance of big wind turbine manufacturing companies, such as Goldwind and Sinovel, declined in the first half of this year, has made the market feel that the cold wave of wind turbine manufacturing industry is coming. Industry insiders expect that this year's new installed capacity will be reduced from 18.92 million kilowatts last year. Since 2007, China's installed capacity of wind turbines has maintained a substantial increase, and it may be the turning point for the first time in 2011.

Liang Zhipeng said that it has been determined that 288.3 million kilowatts of wind power projects will be approved before the end of this year, and these projects were selected from the declared 40 million to 50 million kilowatts projects.

Statistics show that: from 2007 to 2010, China's new installed capacity of wind turbines were 3.31 million kilowatts, 6.15 million kilowatts, 13.8 million kilowatts and 18.92 million kilowatts. Compared with 2009, the growth rate is about 38%, which is lower than the 100% increase in previous years.

Industry insiders pointed out that since the local government could previously approve 50,000 kilowatts of projects, a large number of 49,500 kilowatts of wind power projects were launched soon. Coupled with the fact that market demand is indeed fierce, the installed capacity of wind power in China has been high in the past few years.

Because the approval of the power grid and the wind power project were disconnected before the wind power was approved, the wind power development was not planned, and a large amount of wind power could not be accessed. In the first half of 2011, there were many accidents involving wind turbine disconnection, fire, and collapse. The “Great Leap Forward” of wind power must be terminated. The voice is very strong.

Not long ago, the National Energy Administration made it clear that wind power projects below 50,000 kilowatts also need to be approved by the National Energy Administration and no longer be approved by the local government. As a result, some wind farms in the second quarter of this year cannot be started and must be postponed or suspended. In May of this year, the State Grid suspended the wind farm design review plan and access to the grid advice letter. In response to strict access to wind power grids, it proposed 18 grid-connected technical specifications including wind farm design and inspection and certification. The above measures of the National Energy Administration and the State Grid will certainly have a decisive effect on the rational development of the wind power industry.

Silicon Transistor are solid-state semiconductor devices with functions such as detection, rectification, amplification, switching, voltage regulation, and signal modulation. The transistor acts as a variable current switch and can control the output current based on the input voltage. Unlike ordinary mechanical switches (such as Relay and switch), transistors use electrical signals to control their opening and closing, and the switching speed can be very fast. The switching speed in the lab can reach more than 100GHz.
