This technology mainly uses low-temperature manufacturing platforms to form key semiconductor material films such as gallium nitride (GaN) and indium gallium nitride (InGaN), which can be used for low temperature and flexibility. The announcement also mentioned that Huacan Optoelectronics will provide BluGlass with the 4-inch monocrystalline silicon wafers required for testing RPCVD technology and will be responsible for subsequent assembly work. The test will also use the new RPCVD reaction chamber designed by BluGlass to enhance the uniformity of the aluminum nitride film formed by RPCVD technology. It is expected that this new reactor will be put into production in the next few months.

Just before the BluGlass company entered into a cooperation agreement with Huacan Optoelectronics, on March 23 this year, BluGlass also announced a Lumileds led and Lumingss cooperation agreement to develop, manufacture and sell Lumileds led and automotive lighting products, and two Companies will also work together to explore potential protocols for low-temperature RPCVD for specific applications.
