On the morning of August 29, Shaanxi Electronic Information Group and Xi'an Jiaotong University signed an industrialization agreement for semiconductor lighting chip technology. According to the agreement, Shaanxi Electronic Information Group will use the core technology of vertical structure high-power semiconductor chips mastered by Xi'an Jiaotong University to jointly implement the industrialization transformation of this major technological achievement in Shaanxi. This is also the first industrialization of this technology in China. The project will be implemented in two phases. It is estimated that the annual sales income will reach 3 billion yuan.
According to reports, the high-power vertical structure LED chip technology is currently the international cutting-edge technology, is the core technology to solve the problem of LED chip lighting light attenuation, poor reliability and so on.
