At the same time, Shandong Province will regard building energy conservation and new energy use as the important focus of its work in promoting Tibet, and will promote Shandong's experience and technology in the Shigatse region, help Shigatze to train building energy management and technical personnel, and strive to build Xigaze. It has become an energy-saving demonstration area for high-altitude buildings.
