Anhui province will fully implement the ladder price in 2011

The reporter learned from the Anhui Province Price Bureau's commodity price policy consultation and reception day held on the morning of the 21st that after the implementation of the same net price of the industry and commerce in Anhui Province in 2009, the ladder price with high public concern was also put on the agenda. Related research has been initiated. As to when and how to implement the ladder price, there is no accurate timetable. However, it can be determined that in 2011, Anhui Province will fully implement the ladder price.

Similar to the charging form of Hefei's water price for ladders, the residents' ladder price refers to the current single form of residential electricity price, which is changed to sub-pricing based on the user's electricity consumption, and the price of electricity is increasing gradually with the increase of electricity consumption. .

"Before the end of 2010, we were all entrusted by the state to prepare a hearing on the price ladder," said Peng Shourong, director of the Price Bureau of the Provincial Price Bureau, who will surely hold a hearing before the implementation of the ladder price to widely listen to various opinions. .

According to the residents' ladder price consultation draft published by the National Development and Reform Commission, the residents' ladder price will divide the monthly electricity consumption of urban and rural residents into three levels according to the basic electricity demand, normal and reasonable electricity demand, and higher life quality electricity demand. The increments are incremented. Subdivided into more than 110 degrees per month and 140 degrees will increase the price of two programs. The electricity price is increased by three levels, in which the highest level of excess electricity is not less than 0.2 yuan per degree.

The specific implementation plan for electricity prices at various levels shall be determined by the provincial (district, city) people's government in accordance with the opinions of the National Development and Reform Commission. Peng Shourong said that the average electricity consumption in urban and rural areas is not the same. It is difficult to determine how the electricity consumption base will ultimately be determined. The electricity consumption base may be increased more than the current average electricity consumption in the province.

If the base is low, will it increase the burden on the public? Peng Shourong said that the final determination of the base number is more difficult, but it will not increase the economic burden of most groups in society and ensure that the vast majority of residents’ living standards are not affected.
