Huajian Lighting (839290) officially delisted from the New Third Board yesterday, only 20 days away from its listing of the new three boards.
On September 6 this year, Huajian Lighting obtained a letter from the share transfer company to approve the listing, and officially listed the new three board on September 28. Huajian Lighting retired three days after the disclosure of the public transfer specification on September 16, and convened a general meeting of shareholders to terminate the listing, and submitted the application for termination of listing to the Zhejiang Equity Exchange Center one day before the official listing. The specific reasons for the delisting were not disclosed.
